Born January 11, 1985 – Died December 29, 2007 – Age 22
Bryant Landon Harris was born in Monument Valley, Utah on January 11, 1985 and raised in Kayenta, Arizona and Farmington, New Mexico. He went to high school in Farmington, New Mexico. Bryant resided in Phoenix, Arizona with his sister and brother. His hobbies were going to the drag races with family, working on the computer, traveling, camping with family or the church, hunting, fishing, trades of any sort from welding to repairing automobiles and assembling any minor or major tasks. He liked to strike a conversation with anyone that crossed his path, as he did not hesitate to ask questions from young adults to the elderly. Bryant loved helping his mother and grandmother repairing their home or anything else that needed fixing around the home. He also enjoyed babysitting his nieces and nephews. He had a big heart to share with everyone from immediate family to relatives and friends that crossed his path. He loved to joke around with his brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles and aunts. Bryant was a fine young man and had lots of love for his family and relatives. Bryant was truly loved by his parents, siblings, grandmother, uncles and aunts and will be missed by all. We loved Bryant dearly to our hearts but we also understand that he is at a much better place in heaven where he went home to be with our Heavenly Father.
Bryant Harris is survived by his father, Donaldson Harris, of Black Mesa, Arizona and his mother, Marilyn Holiday, of Farmington, New Mexico; one older sister, Krisha Lynn Harris-Willie, of Phoenix, Arizona; and one older brother, Donovan Meldon Harris, of Phoenix, Arizona. There will be a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3 at the Indian Bible Church in Flagstaff, AZ, 10 W. Cherry Ave. The reception will follow the interment at the Indian Bible Church. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Marilyn Holiday residence, 2309 E. 12th St., Farmington, NM 87401.
