1. I used to cram the night before.
2. A shoulder/neck massage from my hubby.
3. I pay for most bills online. I do not recall the last time I opened up a billing statement! That reminds me, I have some shredding to do this weekend. I have not done that since January….of last year!!!
4. I used to have yard sales when I was in 8th grade with my brother & cousins. That was so long ago! The last time we had one was the summer of 1994. I do not go to yard sales. I have always wanted to go to one, just haven’t had the time to go. Now days, I just donate my stuff to the Salvation Army.
5. The last time a rode a roller coaster was about 9 years ago. I rode the roller coaster & the big shot! My hubby was supposed to ride with me but he chickened out at the last minute so I was lucky enough to ride both of them 2 times in 1 day!
6. Hubby & I do wash the windows. We do everything else but the windows.
7. I actually have my girls clean it out every month.
8. **Knocking on wood** We have not been a victim of identity theft.

This picture was taken my senior year in high school. I played volleyball so I'm dressed in my volleyball uniform. I had such a great time in volleyball!

This is my youngest daughter.  In this picture she is a little a year old.  My Grandma had this orphan lamb at her house and my daughter fell in love with it!  She would not leave it's side & just about kissed his nose here.

I recently started following Kayleigh's Story. Kayleigh was born three months early from severe IUGR (a condition in which the fetus doesn't grow as large as he or she should while in the uterus.) & preeclampsia. Several doctors were amazed she even survived the pregnancy.

On April 16th she had surgery & up until now was recovering fine. Now, more than ever, The Freeman's need our prayers. Please pray for sweet Kayleigh.

Something unexplainable is going on. Please read the latest post from the Freeman's to see what's going on & please pray for Kayleigh.

1. Took a nap
2. Kept TweetDeck open all day to see if MckMama posted any new updates on Stellan
3. Rested.....I was not feeling good, I had an earache :(
4. Started to feel better around 5pm & ordered pizza for the family
5. Watched a couple of episodes of Jon & Kate plus eight
6. Talked to my Aunt on the phone
7. Took a shower
8. Took some tylenol & laid down for a second nap

8 Things I Wish I Could Do:

1. Read & Speak my native tongue fluently
2. Be more arts & crafty
3. Sew
4. Take a photography class
5. Move to San Diego
6. Buy a house
7. Decorate my home. I am horrible as interior decorating...
8. Reference any verse in the bible at any given moment when a friend/family member needs words of encouragement.

As stated in McMama’s blog, many are planning to wear orange to show support for Stellan as he has his surgery. MckMama’s friend Amy has also offered to collect & post photos in a new post on her blog of anyone wearing orange for Stellan tomorrow. Email Amy your photo at orangeforstellan@gmail.com and she will post them starting at 8:30am eastern time tomorrow and ending whenever his surgery is over.

1. Do you prefer reality tv or dramas or comedies?
I prefer drama. I can watch some reality tv....but I get tired of it sometimes.


2. If you could have free cosmetic surgery, what would you have done?
I would have a tummy tuck!


3. What are you itching to get but you have 'bitten the bullet'?
A new digital camera. I am would love to get close up shots of my kids & take a photography class!


4. Do you have a bad habit that you hope your children don't pick up?
One word, procrastinate....I am soooo bad!


5. What was your favorite meal growing up?
Mom's beef & chicken enchiladas! Mmmmmm, sounds so good right now!


6. What meal did you have as a youngster that you don't have as an adult?
Liver & onions!


7. What is your earliest memory of a "vacation"? Where'd you go?
Our vacations were going to drag races in Denver, CO. We would go every year in July. I can't remember how old I was but the earliest memory was when my younger brother was about 4 or 5 years old (that would mean I was 9 or 10, lol....) he would throw grasshoppers at me! I just remember screaming so lound & running from him. Good times.....


8. What was the "Best Thing" you ever got for Christmas, before age 12?
I have such a bad memory....Do you all remember the Simon? I believe that game came out in the early 80's???? Anyways, that was the "best thing" I got for Christmas one year.

• I was NOT sad to hear that 2 local newcasters are leaving the Valley.
• As I type this entry, I am NOT thinking of my brother Bryant and how much I DO NOT miss him.
• Tomorrow is NOT my dad's birthday & I DO NOT miss him!
• I DO NOT wish I was with him when he opens his birthday card. To see his expression would NOT be priceless.

1. What's one of the best things you've seen lately?
An email from work stating I have to take 3 mandatory days off by September.

2. Has Spring brought you something you don't like?
flies & ants!!! Out of nowhere, I seen ants & small flies!!!

3. What kind of sandwiches do you like?
a gold ham & cheese

4. Do you carry GermX with you at all times?
No, i do not carry it at all times. We have a big bottle of germX on our kitchen counter.

5. Does each person in your house have their own hamper or do you have a central hamper for everyone?
I started off with a central hamper for everyone & then tried to teach my older girls to care for their own laundry so I bought them their own hamper. That didn't last for long, so now we're back to a central hamper for everyone.

6. How often do you balance your checkbook?
My hubby does it everyday.

7. What's the hardest thing you've done lately?
The hardest thing for me lately is leaving work ON TIME.

8. Are you a texter?
yes, I am a texter. I text everyday!

The Mck Family....

I was blog hopping one day and came across My Charming Kids & got hooked! Reading about MckMama, her Prince Charming and their Many Small Children touched my heart. I have been visiting MckMama's site on a regular basis & praying for MckMuffin's health & for the entire MckFamily.

Sometimes I feel like I'm stalking MckMama because I am constantly checking her blog to see if she posted an update on Stellan. I follow her on twitter and am constantly updating my co-worker, my hubby and my kids on Stellan's status. I got my co-worker hooked, too. Too bad we can't access MckMama's blog from work, otherwise we'd be on it everyday, all the time!

MckMama's family is in my thoughts & prayers daily. She has 4 of the cutest babies! I love Stellan's picture gallery! I tell everyone I know about her family & pass along her blog url. She is a very strong person & puts all her faith & trust in the Lord.
